Bully's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown 2012: Day 15

Apparently today the Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar has turned into a pan pizza. Mmmm, delicious galactic pizza, with Dantooine sauce. Yummy!

Chewie and all my other Lego guys look on as I puzzle out Lego minikit #15. Is it a scale model of Admiral Ackbar? No, not fishy enough.

Hooray! It's a tiny mini-model of a Low Altitude Assault Transport Republic Gunship, as seen saving the day during the Battle of Geonosis (a.k.a., the one that looks like Gladiator), in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

Either that or it's an oven glove. Tell you what, I'll try that out, and you come back tomorrow at the same time for more of the Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown!

Bully's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown 2012: Day 14

Hiya hiya hiya! (as goes the common greeting in the Star Wars Universe). It's me, Bully the Little Stuffed Bull, bringing you another exciting look inside the world of my Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar! Let's open door number 14 today, unless of course you have already done so and ruined the surprise. Really, it's only yourself you're hurting.

Oh ho! Check it out! It appears to be very tiny, and yet consist of many, many pieces. It's the Lego way.

I was right! This is what it looks like after Han Solo has shot it. Let's try toi put it back together.

Well, what do you know...it's an MSE-series Mouse droid! As seen on all your better Death Stars and also in the very popular Galactic holonet series, Tom 10-1KB and Jerry J9. Here, Chewbacca prepares to roar at it to frighten it away. Don't scare it, Chewie! It took be twenty minutes to put together!

Well, I'll be trying to get my mouse droid out from under the couch, so meet me back here tomorrow and we'll take another exciting look inside the Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar!

Bully's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown 2012: Day 13

It's Lucky Day Thirteen (everybody knows 13 is, after 1138, the luckiest number in the Star Wars Expanded Universe), and let's go back to the Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar! What's behind the door? Could it be a llama? I hope it's a llama. A spaaaaaaaace llama!

Come out come out whatever you are!

This one is pretty simple: just four little black plastic parts. Help me snap them together, won't you? (By which I mean, take a look at the next photo to see that I have put them together by myself.)

Aieeeee! It's evil Sith Droid Darth D-2! Please do not choke me with your force hold/extensor claw, Darth D-2! Actually, I cannot tell a lie: it's Imperial astromech droid R2-Q5, the cousin that R2-D2 never bleeps about. He did evil droid stuff aboard the second Death Star until Lando blew it up. Boom!

Bully's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown 2012: Day 12

What will wefind in my Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar today? Will it be a Kaiburr crystal? Possibly a Krayt dragon? Or maybe a Death Spiral (note: not the nickname for Princess Leia's hairstyle)?

No! It is that well-known Star Wars artifact, the plastic bag o' bits. Do not eat them!

If you snap them together correctly (and believe me, I've tried every which way!), you get yourself a T-47 snowspeeder, as seen in the best Star Wars film, The Star Wars Holiday Special The Empire Strikes Back.

Zoom! Zoom! I'm off to bullseye ice-womp-rats and snow-banthas. See you tomorrow! May the Legoforce be with you!

Bully's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown 2012: Day 11

Door number eleven and the thrills haven't ceased for one minute! Why, the only way this Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar could even disappoint me is to include some characters from Episode One!

Oh, poop.

It's one of those B1 Battle Droids that amused us so much in the prequels! "Roger roger!" Oh man, how we laffed and laffed. And for once, the extra bits actually make some sense, because you can swap out the droid's arms so he can hold things upright or sideways! Useful if you put him to work as a bartender. Nobody wants their blue milk served sideways.

Extra parts are now being collected in my handy cereal bowl. I hope to have it overflowing soon. See ya tomorrow for more of Bully's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar Countdown 2012!
