Because Sometimes You Have to Post Katie Power Kicking Ass

...and dispatching a villain that Thor and Beta Ray Bill couldn't:

Panels from Thor #363 (January 1986), script, pencils, and inks by Walt Simonson; colors by Christie Scheele, letters by John Workman, Jr.

I'm thinking the only reason Marvel didn't have Power Pack participate in Fear Itself is that if they did, the villains would be defeated and the story would be over in half an issue.

I hesitate to say it, but that exact page is sort of where the Simonson Thor run started on the downslide for me.

I have this theory that John Workman is just the alias of Walt Simonson.

Power Pack, whipping the more butts of alien civilizations before puberty than the X-Men have done in a lifetime.

Marvel needs more Katie Power.

Good to see the Power Pack getting some love. I (and my young kids) have enjoyed the more recent Power Pack adventures.
